YOU WILL RECEIVE AN AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION PROVIDER CARD WITH THIS CLASS. The BLS Course is designed for healthcare professionals and other personnel who need to know how to perform CPR and other basic cardiovascular life support skills in a wide variety of in-facility and prehospital settings.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy When you book your class, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other students. Due to limited seating, we request that any cancellation be made at least 48-hours before your scheduled appointment. You may contact us via phone at 832-966-1534 or email at support@smartsafety.solutions. These cancellations will receive full credit that can be used to reschedule the appointment for a later time and date. If you are cancelling in less than 24-hours from your scheduled appointment, you will need to speak with us directly. We understand that things happen; however, late cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis. In most instances, these cancellations will incur an additional fee of $10 to reschedule. No-Show Policy A no-call, no-show is an absence from the class without notifying the center or instructor. Refunds, credits, or transfers will not be allowed for anyone registered for a class that does not show or attend. No-shows will forfeit any fees paid for their appointment and will need to pay full price when enrolling for another class. Refund Policy We generally have a NO REFUND policy on all training, classes, in-person appointments, or online training. We understand that emergencies or other instances arise, so if you feel you need a refund, you will need to submit your request in writing, and it must be signed and dated. If approved, a refund will be issued in 10-15 business days. If a credit card was used to secure the appointment, the refund will be issued minus any credit card or any applicable processing charges (generally 2.9%) Company Reschedule Policy Smart Safety & Development Solutions and its instructors reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any class when there is lack of participation or in the event of inclement weather. When you register for any class, you acknowledge these policies and you agree to abide to these terms.
